At Flux Footwear, we want you to be fully satisfied with your performance gear. If your new shoes aren't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for hassle-free returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked and secure transit.

• 3.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the footwear back in its original box and secure it inside a shipping mailer, attaching the prepaid label clearly on the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
